Join me down at the newly renovated beach at Wassermann Park for 75minutes of yoga, meditation, and healing under the energy of the moon. We will gather with intention and release what no longer serves us so that we can be the best version of ourselves. All levels are welcome and no prior experience is required. Space is limited. Bring a notebook, pen, and any crystals you enjoy working with.
