Summer Slow Down: Beach Yoga Series
Wednesdays in June | 6:00–7:15 PM
Wassermann Park
4 Weeks | $133
Unwind by the water with this 4-week summer series designed to help you slow down, release tension, and reconnect.
Summer Slow Down blends gentle yoga and yin yoga to create a nourishing, supportive space for your body and nervous system. Each session will guide you through slow, mindful movement to release tension, followed by longer-held yin postures designed to target deep connective tissues, improve flexibility, and encourage energetic flow.
Inspired by the essence of summer—warmth, growth, light, and vitality—this series will help you:
Stay grounded amidst the busyness of the season
Restore balance between doing and being
Cultivate inner calm and spaciousness
Deepen your connection to your body and breath
Expect a soothing, intentional practice each week, with moments of stillness, reflection, and gentle expansion—like basking in the sun without burning out.
This series is perfect for all levels, especially those seeking a slower, more restorative practice.
Come as you are, and give yourself the space to receive.
July 10-13 | A small-group immersive experience
Some things can’t be learned from a book or a one-day workshop. Reiki is one of them.
This four-day retreat is designed for those who want to receive their Reiki I certification in a way that goes deeper- held in an intimate home setting with a small group of like-minded souls, where real healing, real connection, and real transformation get to happen alongside the training.
What to expect:
Over the first two days, you’ll move through a comprehensive Reiki I curriculum- the history and foundations of Reiki, a deeper understanding of energy and how it flows, hand positions for self-treatment and working with others, and your Reiki I attunement. This isn’t just information; it’s an embodied experience. You’ll have time to practice on one-another, ask questions, share what you’re noticing, and begin to trust what your hands already know.
The third day is yours. A full personal integration day to rest, reflect, and let everything settle. You may spend your day journaling, down at Newfound lake, paddle boarding or kayaking. You will have all the time you need to sit and feel the shift. This day is not optional fluff- it’s where the real anchoring happens, and it’s one of the things that makes a retreat different than a training.
You’ll leave on July 13 Reiki I certified, attuned, and held- with a community of people who went through something meaningful with you, and a practice that is genuinely yours.
This retreat is for you if:
You’ve felt called to Reiki and want to learn it in a space that honors the depth of what it is
You want more than a certification- you want an experience
You’re ready to slow down, be in community, and come home to yourself
Space is intentionally limited to keep this experience intimate and personal.
$1500 Spiritual investment. Includes all meals, lodging & training
Early bird special $1300 before May 30

Deepen your connection to energy healing, intuition, and energetic awareness in this transformational next step of the Reiki journey. Reiki II expands upon the foundational practices learned in Reiki I and introduces sacred Reiki symbols, distance healing techniques, and deeper energetic work for yourself and others.
In this training, students will learn how to strengthen intuition, work with emotional and mental healing, send Reiki across time and space, and begin integrating Reiki into professional practice if desired. We will also explore grounding, energetic boundaries, ethical practices, and building confidence as a practitioner.
This course includes guided practice, partner work, meditation, discussion, and a Reiki II attunement/certification. Students will leave with practical tools to deepen their healing practice, support others, and continue their spiritual growth with greater clarity and trust.
