In this virtual class we will practice gentle yoga asana, guided meditation, and breath work to bring balance to our chakra system, also known as the energetic or spiritual nervous system. The Chakra System is a network of energy channels that govern our emotional, physical, and mental alignment. And we know how easy it is to get out of alignment these days! We feel it in our physical bodies, in the loss of control over our emotions, and our monkey mind that we just can’t seem to tame.
After this class you will feel refreshed, relaxed, and balanced in your body, mind, and soul. And have a basic understanding of the 7 main chakras.
