Sacred Stillness is a 60min journey designed to help you unplug, unwind, and reconnect with your inner calm. Combining the deep stretch of yin yoga with the gentle surrender of restorative yoga, this class is a nervous system reset for body, mind, and spirit. Each posture is held for several minutes to release tension from the fascia, open the energy channels (nadis), and create space for healing on a cellular level. You'll be supported with props, guided breath, and soothing cues to help you soften into stillness-no pushing, striving, just being.
