Reiki I is an invitation to slow down and learn how to listen — to your body, your breath, and your inner experience.
This training introduces Reiki as a gentle, non-manipulative energy practice that supports relaxation, nervous system regulation, and self-awareness. Rather than focusing on performance or sensation, Reiki I emphasizes presence, consent, and embodied learning.
This is not a rushed certification or a shortcut into teaching. Reiki I is designed to be a foundational experience, offering space to build a relationship with Reiki through practice and integration.
